You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to represent the business you configure.
3. Plans & billing
Paid plans (Chat, Voice, Video) are billed monthly or yearly as selected. Plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time; changes take effect per your billing cycle. See our Refund Policy for refund terms.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful purposes, to send spam, to violate others’ rights, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service. You are responsible for the content and FAQs you configure.
5. AI-generated content
Responses are generated by AI and may occasionally be inaccurate. The Service does not provide legal, medical, financial, or professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing captured leads and following up appropriately.
6. Intellectual property
We own the Service and its underlying technology. You retain ownership of your business content and lead data. You grant us a limited license to process that data to operate the Service.
7. Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for lost leads, revenue, or data.
8. Termination
You may cancel anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends.
