1. 14-day money-back guarantee
If you’re not satisfied, request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment and we’ll refund it — no questions asked.
2. Monthly plans
You can cancel anytime. After the 14-day window, monthly payments are non-refundable, but you’ll keep access until the end of the current billing period and won’t be charged again.
3. Yearly plans
For annual plans cancelled after the 14-day window, we offer a prorated refund for the unused full months remaining, less any discount applied for choosing annual billing.
4. What’s non-refundable
Usage-based costs already incurred (for example, live video/voice session credits consumed) are non-refundable. Add-ons may have separate terms.
5. How to request a refund
Email billing@frontnova.ai from your account email with your business name. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
